We may begin to use cookies or similar technologies later — to keep the site working, to remember the language you chose, or to count visits. If that happens we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

When you request a free audit you give us three things: your business name, your website address and your e-mail address. They are what the audit is run on, and how we know where to send the result.

We process them on the basis of your own request — Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. To protect the service from abuse we also store the time of the request and an irreversibly transformed IP address.

We use your e-mail address to send the audit and to answer questions about it. If we later write to you about our other services, every message will let you opt out of further ones.

When applying for ChatGPT Ads, you provide your name, email, website and, optionally, a message about your offer. A full audit application asks for your website and email. We use these details to review your application and contact you about the service you requested.

We keep service applications for up to 12 months. Write to us if you would like yours deleted sooner.

We store data in the European Union wherever possible.

A free audit request, its results and the report we produce are kept for 12 months. After that they are deleted and the report link stops working.

Rejected and duplicate requests are deleted within 30 days.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it at once.

Every report has a link of its own. It is published nowhere and search engines do not index it, but anyone holding the link can read the report — so send it only to people you trust.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing.

If you believe we have got something wrong, you may complain to the supervisory authority — Datu valsts inspekcija.
