Before you ask

How much does an AI solution cost?

It depends on the process. We name the price after the call and the review, before work starts, and it is fixed: if the work takes longer than planned, that is our risk. Use of the AI services themselves is billed to you directly by their providers, usually a few euros to a few tens of euros a month. Accounts are in your name, so the solution stays yours even if you stop working with us.

Won’t AI make mistakes?

Sometimes it will. That is why a person approves everything that reaches a customer or the books. When the AI is not sure, it says so and hands the job to a person. Before launch we test the solution on your real examples.

Does AI understand Latvian?

Yes. Current AI models read and write Latvian well, though not without mistakes. So before launch we test the solution on your real messages and documents, and a person approves whatever reaches a customer.

Will we have to change our software?

Usually not. The solution connects to the e-mail, spreadsheets, accounting software, online store or CRM you already use. We build and maintain it, so you need no IT staff. From you we need access to your systems and one person who knows how the process runs.

What happens to our data?

We only use AI services whose terms forbid using your data to train their models, and we access only what the job needs. When a solution writes to your customers, it says it is AI, as the EU AI Act requires from 2 August 2026.
